At PROXY.father, we take the responsible use of our services seriously. If you suspect that our infrastructure is being used to violate laws, platform rules, or our Terms of Service, please report it using the process below.

How to report abuse

Please send an email to:
abuse@proxyfather.com

Include the following information:

• Affected IP address(es) (IPv4)
• Date and exact time (UTC) of the incident
• Type of abuse observed (e.g. spam, fraud attempt, scraping, platform violation)
• Supporting evidence, such as log excerpts, screenshots, or URLs
• Your contact information, so we can follow up if needed

Important notes

• Abuse investigations require a precise timestamp (in UTC) due to dynamic IP rotation on our mobile proxy infrastructure.
• Incomplete or vague reports may not be processed.
• We treat all abuse reports confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Verified abuse may result in immediate service suspension, account termination, or law enforcement cooperation.

Response time

We aim to review all reports within 24 to 48 business hours.
