PROXY.Father is designed for professionals who require reliable mobile connectivity for privacy-focused, location-specific, and automation-friendly use cases such as app testing, market research, and SEO monitoring.

This Fair Use Policy forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between PROXY.father and its Users. It complements the existing General Terms and Conditions and defines acceptable usage parameters for our mobile proxy services. The purpose of this policy is to ensure consistent service quality for all users, protect the technical stability of our infrastructure, and maintain long-term compliance with the operational requirements of our connectivity partners. Excessive or atypical usage patterns may result in technical or contractual consequences, including service suspension.

1. Daily Data Volume Limit
Each proxy is subject to a strict usage cap of 15 GB per SIM per calendar day (5 GB/day for shared proxies). Once this limit is reached, the proxy will be automatically deactivated until 00:00 (midnight), at which point access will resume for the next usage day.

2. Prohibited Use Patterns
The following usage behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Continuous or near-continuous traffic (e.g. 24/7 scraping, bot operations, automated farming)
Usage patterns that indicate non-human or scripted traffic generation
Attempts to bypass or manipulate usage restrictions

Access to certain websites or services may be technically possible but remains prohibited if it violates our platform policies or the terms of the third-party service. The use of PROXY.father to access such platforms, even if available, is not permitted.

Violations of this policy — including the use of technically available platforms in breach of third-party terms — may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

3. No Refund in Case of Violation
In the event of a breach of this policy, no refund—full or partial—will be granted. This applies especially in cases of technical abuse or deliberate misuse of the service.

4. Usage Transparency
Real-time data usage is visible at all times within the user dashboard. Users are responsible for monitoring their usage and staying within the daily limits.

5. Equal Enforcement
This policy applies uniformly to all users and plans, without exception.

6. IP Rotation
IP rotation is available either automatically or via a dedicated rotation URL, at a minimum interval of every 3 minutes. Faster manual rotations are not supported in order to preserve network performance and fair usage.
